Educational Initiatives



Leveraging research, professional activities, and laboratory resources, a principle objective of the Center is the continual adaptive development of an educational infrastructure both within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as campus-wide at West Virginia University which provides students with a fundamental understanding of the interdisciplinary areas central to microelectronic and photonic systems and the emerging advanced technologies which will revolutionize them.



All MSRC educational Initiatives have one or more of the following main ojectives.

The current status of the course work, instructional laboratory infrastructure, and ongoing initiatives of the Microelectronics Systems Research Center targeting achievement of these educational objectives is detailed below.
